The free converter uses automated algorithms — great for simple logos with clean lines and solid colours. Manual digitizing is done by an experienced human who sets stitch direction, underlay type, pull compensation, and density by hand. For complex logos, fine text, or designs that will run thousands of times, manual digitizing delivers significantly better results.
Most standard orders are delivered within 4–8 hours. Complex designs or large batches may take up to 24 hours. We offer same-day express service for urgent orders. You’ll receive an email with your files as soon as they’re ready.
Every order includes all major embroidery formats at no extra cost: DST (Tajima), PES (Brother), JEF (Janome), EXP (Melco/Bernina), and VP3 (Husqvarna Viking). You don’t need to specify the format upfront — we send everything.
We provide digitizing files (DST, PES, etc.) that you run on your own embroidery machine to produce patches. If you need finished, manufactured patches, we can discuss that on a custom order basis — contact us with your quantity and spec.
