By accessing or using PNGtoDST ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PNGtoDST is a free online tool that converts image files (PNG, JPG, SVG, BMP) into embroidery file formats including DST, PES, JEF, EXP, and VP3. The Service is provided as-is, at no charge, without registration.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• –Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• –Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
• –Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• –Use automated scripts or bots to submit conversions at excessive rates

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to do so. We claim no ownership over your uploaded images or converted output files.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that converted files will be error-free or suitable for any specific embroidery machine. Always test files before commercial production runs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNGtoDST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost production time or damaged materials from using converted files.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
